Chad Blevins
Founder
Repower HoldingsChad is the Founder & General Partner of Repower Holdings LLP, where he oversees investor engagement and strategic capital initiatives. With a distinguished career spanning energy, environmental systems, and commercial real estate, Chad brings a unique perspective to sustainable investment strategies.
As the Founder and Managing Director of Grid Economics, Chad led the formation of a landmark joint venture between a global oil major and an international commercial real estate investment firm. He also co-founded Smart Power Maps, which he integrated into 7X Energy. Under his strategic direction, 7X Energy developed and sold 9GW of solar capacity to BP, a milestone in renewable energy development.
Chad holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from St. Edward’s University and completed advanced studies in Energy Resource Economics at the University of Texas. He also served in the U.S. Air Force, specializing in Civil Engineering.

Jason Ferrante
Managing Partner
Repower HoldingsJason is the Managing Partner of Repower Holdings, where he leads the firm’s strategic direction, investment activities. With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, Jason has successfully structured transactions exceeding $4 billion across various asset classes and through different market cycles.
Before founding Repower Holdings, Jason served in real estate debt roles at JPMorgan, Wells Fargo, and City National Bank/RBC, where he specialized in commercial credit solutions debt strategies. Most recently, he was the Founder and Managing Partner of Riverside Park Capital where for the past 10 years, where he oversaw the firm’s growth in commercial real estate debt and equity financing.
Jason is a graduate of Fordham University Lincoln Center and an attended Columbia Business School. Jason is also certified in Commercial Credit Underwriting by the American Bankers Association (ABA) .

Andy Carroll, CFA
Senior Portfolio Manager
Repower HoldingsAndy Carroll is Senior Portfolio Manager at Repower Holdings, where he is responsible for overseeing portfolio strategy, asset performance, and transaction execution. With over 20 years of experience in real estate private equity, Andy has managed and closed transactions exceeding $2 billion, spanning multiple asset classes and investment strategies.
Before joining Repower Holdings, Andy served as Chief Investment Officer at Baldwin House Senior Living and Lloyd Jones LLC, where he directed investment strategies and acquisitions in the senior living sector. Prior to that, he spent two decades as Director of Investments at Redico LLC, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s investment platform and expanding its real estate portfolio.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Michigan State University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). His deep expertise in investment management and financial analysis positions him as a key leader in driving value creation for Repower Holdings and its investors.

Sarah Peterson
Portfolio Manager
Repower HoldingsSarah is a Portfolio Manager at Repower Holdings, where she focuses on sustainable investment strategies, capital allocation, and portfolio optimization. With over 15 years of experience in sustainable investing, capital markets, and real estate advisory, Sarah brings a wealth of expertise to advancing Repower Holdings' mission of impactful and innovative real estate investments.
Prior to joining Repower Holdings, Sarah was a Director at Climate Alpha, specializing in sustainable investment solutions. She also held leadership roles as Vice President and Senior Associate at TD Bank and iStar/Safehold, where she played a critical role in capital markets transactions and real estate advisory. Earlier in her career, Sarah was a Manager at PwC, focusing on financial instruments and structured products.
Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Richmond, an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, and an MSc from The City College of New York.

Repower HoldingsTed is a seasoned financial strategist with over 20 years of experience driving value creation at premier global institutions. He has held pivotal roles at JPMorgan and BMO, where he spearheaded cross-functional initiatives to enhance enterprise-wide risk management frameworks. At Barclays Capital, Ted led the development of advanced climate risk modeling and scenario planning, delivering actionable insights for equity syndication and block trade execution.
His thought leadership extends to critical financial domains, including the impact of capital adequacy regulations, the evolution of fair-value accounting practices, structured finance innovations, and counterparty credit risk analytics.
Ted’s academic foundation includes a BA in Finance from the University of Arkansas, complemented by graduate coursework at Yale University.
